For many, university life is one of the most exciting and freeing times of life! You are away from authority, free to experiment, learn amazing things and grow new relationships! It is also for those very same reasons, one of the most scary and often lonely times!
It is into this beautiful time of life that we at Holy Trinity Church have partnered with The D6 Student Y team to help students not just survive, but thrive in who they are created to be in Christ!
The D6 Student Y is an NGO that works in the heart of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology with students and young graduates in Cape Town. We are on mission with our partner churches like Holy Trinity and are so thankful for these strong partnerships.
Our motto is “Teaching students to follow Jesus for life” and our student committee, full time staff, part time staff, board and partner churches all combine to live this out and grow students into Christian leaders who not just know God but are equipped to serve him in many and varied ways in God’s World.
If you are a student in the City of Cape Town and want to join, feel we would love to involve you. We have regular Friday Night meetings at Church, Hikes, Small group Bible teaching sessions, and much more!
