This Saturday from 8-9am come to the Church for great coffee and muffins and an opportunity to hear Grant&Lokie Swanepoel share some of their prayer needs and to join with them in praying for their family and the Rendile family in the north of Kenya. Please make every effort to come and to bring someone with you.

This Sunday morning sees Darryl Cooke preaching on 1 Cor 15..."Life before death" I heard Darryl preaching this at City Partnership some while ago and found his message very challenging. Darryl for those of you who don't know is married to Anita, is an advocate at the Cape bar (though is of sober disposition) and is training his son Samuel to be one of the Proteas key batsmen for the 2028 season.

In the evening Vuyani will be looking at Hebrews 2:10-18..."Populating heaven" Chicken burgers after the service were a real hit and will be sold for R5 each after the service.

Last week I mentioned that a team is going up to Lesotho at the end of April to work together with our sister Church-Calvary Hope of the Nations in TY. We had our first team meeting on Saturday to plan and organize There are about 20 people going from HTC including 3 doctors. Planning is happening but we need your help...

REQUEST!

If anyone has a big vehicle-6-8 seats they could lend us for this mission it would be very helpful. It's 1300 km each way. If you can help please contact me. We need to organize a fundraising event for the mission. Despite approaching pharmaceutical companies for supplies there
will be certain items we will need to purchase. Also, each person going up needs to raise R1600 to cover food and petrol. If you are someone who enjoys organising fun events and would like to organise something which can be a fun fundraiser for those going on this mission...WE NEED YOU!

Please remember that we have a prayer meeting  9.15-9.45 each Sunday morning meeting in the tea room. Please join us.
