Holy Trinity Church, Gardens, is the mother Church of our denomination, the Church of England in South Africa. As such, our gospel heritage extends back to 1846 when the original Church building was erected.

Our rich history of Bible teaching and proclamation continues to this day — holding fast to our protestant, reformed, and evangelical heritage, while actively striving to present the gospel of Jesus Christ in a manner which is relevant to today's society.
Here are a few things that you will find at Holy Trinity:

• A multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, Bible-teaching church which teaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ
• Two services every Sunday, each with it's own "flavour" and special character
• Services which cater for a wide variety of age groups and cultures
• A pre-school programme and a Sunday school for the kids in the morning service
• A number of growth groups (also known as Bible studies or cell groups) that occur during the week, for the purpose of encouragement, teaching and prayer
• A well established students ministry from various local colleges and universities
• A vision for the extension of God's kingdom to people of all nations through the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord
